Janet Murguía visits Los Angeles

In July UnidosUS President and CEO Janet Murguía traveled to Los Angeles to meet with elected officials, Affiliate leaders and community partners and learn more about the impact of the devastating and abusive enforcement actions taken by the Trump administration.

While on the ground, she emphasized UnidosUS’s commitment to amplify what is happening and engage our sister civil rights organizations to defend Latinos against increasing attacks, educate philanthropy and business leaders, and elevate the economic impacts of the administration’s abuse of power.
